Bulk calendar selection Complex scheduling with a simple interface
Clinic staff needed to manage appointments across multiple doctors and locations simultaneously. Existing solutions were either too complex for daily staff use or too simple to handle bulk operations like cancelling an entire day's appointments across multiple doctors at once.
A custom WordPress engine built around clinic workflows
We built a custom appointment engine that mirrors how clinic staff actually think about scheduling. The bulk selection system uses checkbox synchronisation across calendar and list views, and the cancellation workflow sends automated notifications to affected patients without any manual intervention.
